Petra Wellness & SPA is a hotel in the countryside, and for this reason it is reachable with your own means of transportation or a taxi service. Villa Neri offers the chance of booking a transfer service: a reservation is recommended to guarantee its availability.
The distance between Petra Wellness & SPA and the “Fontanarossa” airport in Catania is of 60km (37 miles) and about 50 minutes/1 hour.
Rooms are guaranteed from 3.00pm of the day of your arrival. If you plan on arriving earlier than this time, we ask you to please highlight this aspect to the front office. The hotel will anyway be available with all its services even before you have checked into your room.
The room will be available until 11.00 am. Eventual late check-out request will only be agreed the day of your check-out according to the availability.
Petra Wellness & SPA has a private surveilled parking lot, free for all the resort guests.
We welcome your small-sized dogs (max 10kg, 40cm). Pets are not allowed in the common areas, such as the restaurant, the spa, the pool and the breakfast area.
